Come grab a handful of these giant Nootka rose softneck seed garlic.  This Northwest heirloom comes from the San Juan Islands in Puget Sound.  Giant bulbs with multiple large red streaked cloves.  With a strong flavor that holds up well when cooked, it is very popular variety.  We tried to get this one entered in the Oregon State Fair this year, but got there seconds after they closed the intake doors.  This would have been sure to have been a winner!
