If lamb neck is new to you, you are in for a real treat.  Myself included was a little hesitant to explore this cut of meat, but when braised and slow-cooked with vegetables you'll have a wonderful mouthwatering, fork-tender, buttery,  piece of meat.  It is now my favorite dish!  Sold by the pound
