Cost is per pound based on actual hanging weight plus cut and wrap and processing cost ($98-whole, $49 half). Whole lamb hanging weight is approximately 40lbs. Half lamb hanging weight is approximately 20 lbs. Whole lamb = $11.00/lb. Half lamb=$11.50/lb
