Goat loin chops are the filet mignon of goat.  A melt-in-your-mouth foodie spectacular.  Contrary to what many think, goat is not gamey or tough, but mild flavored, and fork tender.  Be brave, try some, and you'll be in for real treat!  Mike'y even likes them.  2 chops per pack, approximately 1 lbs/pack.  Cut thick for better cooking.
