Both heart and kidney in one pack.Organ meats are full of nutrients, and are often pound-for-pound more nutritious than muscle meats. Marinate heart in a mixture of oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Try kidneys with Roquefort and walnut butter, or smoked kidneys with savora mash, or how about kidneys with crushed broad beans, lemon, and capers?  Available in both Organic (certififed) and Conventional (certified organic pasture grazed). Both types are Animal Welfare Approved.  Approximatly 0.5 lbs each.
